As a follow-up to our recent webinar on Cultural Competency, this training will introduce concepts of implicit bias and the strategies to address it. Participants will learn what implicit means, how implicit bias impacts the way we interact and communicate with others, and how to implement strategies to mitigate implicit bias. You will leave the training with a better understanding of your own implicit bias and how it influences your life, and will be given actionable takeaways to utilize in your life and work.
