Course Information:
Almost one year ago the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) was enacted, sending two tranches of federal funds to every municipality in Maine. This webinar will provide an update on the new, final regulations just issued by the US Treasury department, and will summarize differences between the eligibility categories contained in the interim guidance and the final regulations, as well as municipal reporting requirements. Staff from MMA’s Legal Services and State and Federal Relations Departments will present brief updates on what has happened over the last year and what to expect before the reporting deadline and distribution of second payments.
