Course Information:
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among adults.
This course will cover:
• Common signs and symptoms of mental health challenges.
• Common signs and symptoms of substance use challenges.
• How to interact with a person in crisis.
• How to connect a person with help.
• Expanded content on trauma, substance use and self-care.
*Please Note: This course requires attendees to complete 2 hours of pre-work through an online learning platform. This MUST be completed prior to the in-person training on April 6th.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation notification must be provided in writing. Cancellations received before 3/30/23 will be assessed a $15 administrative fee for processing. Cancellations received after 3/30/23 will be charged 50% of the course fee. Any cancellation received the day of the event will be charged the full registration fee.
