Course Description: This session will provide information on recent housing legislation including LD 1829, LD 997, and LD 427 and provide an opportunity for participants to ask questions about municipal implementation.

This will count as training towards Legal Issues or Land Use for 2 CEU’s hours.

Fee includes continental breakfast, coffee, lunch, and workshop materials.

Cancellations for MBOIA Workshops: Cancellations must be submitted using this Cancellation form to cancel your registration for an event. Cancellations received before 2/27/26 will be assessed a $15 administrative fee for processing. Cancellations received on/after 2/27/26 will be charged 50% of the course fee (minimum of $15.00). Any registrant who does not attend and does not cancel their registration (i.e., no-show) and any cancellation received the day of the event will be charged the full registration fee.
