The annual MMA Convention offers training, networking, and the opportunity for municipal officials and employees from across Maine to visit with a wide variety of vendors.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be submitted using this Cancellation form to cancel your registration for the MMA Convention. Cancellations received before Wednesday, October 1 will be assessed a $15 administrative fee for processing. Cancellations received on or after Wednesday, October 1 will be charged 50% of the Convention registration fee and the full cost of any meals selected during registration. Any registrant who does not attend and does not cancel their registration (i.e., no-show) and any cancellation received the day of the event will be charged the full registration fee and full cost of any selected meals. Registration substitutions are permitted for registrants within the same municipality/organization and will be assessed a $15 substitution fee. On or after October 1, pre-purchased meals may not be refunded or changed. Please email wsreg@memun.org to request a registration substitution. Registration transfers to a future training offering are not permitted.
