Course Description: This course covers how Excel streamlines data analysis and improves efficiency, including ways Copilot (Microsoft’s AI tool) can optimize your workflow.

This hands-on workshop covers the following topics:
o  Using name ranges
o  Learning key Functions
o  Powerful data validation
o  Summarizing data insights
o  Live demonstrations using Copilot
o  Creating chart and graphs
o  Best practice for data formatting
o  Creating and formatting tables
o  Creating and using Pivot Tables
o  Creating logical conditional formatting
o  Other time-saving tips and techniques

IMPORTANT DETAILS:
You must bring a laptop for this course that has Excel version 10 or newer.
Class is limited to 25 Participants.
Continental breakfast and lunch are included in the registration fee.

Cancellations for MAAO Workshops: Cancellations must be submitted using this Cancellation form to cancel your registration for an event. Cancellations received before 12/11/25 will be assessed a $15 administrative fee for processing. Cancellations received on/after 12/11/25 will be charged 50% of the course fee. Any registrant who does not attend and does not cancel their registration (i.e., no-show) and any cancellation received the day of the event will be charged the full registration fee. Registration substitutions are permitted for registrants within the same municipality/organization and will be assessed a $15 substitution fee.
