CANCELLATIONS:
Notification must be given in writing at least 7 days (5/11/26) before the session begins to obtain a refund (minus a $25.00 processing fee). All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 administrative fee for processing. Please go to http://www.memun.org/Training/Cancellations to cancel. No refunds & full fee assessed after May 11, 2026.
ATTENDANCE POLICY:
You must be present for FULL WORKSHOP/SESSION in order to receive credit hours. You will receive a certificate at the end of each session.

Hotel Superior/Queen Bed: $149.00 per night ++

Hotel/One Bedroom Suite: $329.00 per night ++
A deposit of 50% will be required at the time the reservation is made. Final payment for individual call-in reservations is due 14 days prior to arrival and will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. To use a different form of payment, please call reservations more than 14 days prior to the arrival. Upon arrival, a security deposit, in the form of a credit card authorization of $200, will be taken. The credit card is not charged unless damages are found or there is evidence of smoking in a non-smoking room. No refund for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows, or downgrades. Credit cards accepted are MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express.
